SeaMaster Software Architecture

is based on four main modules, which can be utilised individually independently as a Single Module Package or be used as a Combined Modules Package.

SeaMaster Integrated Ship Management System (ISMS)

  • structure/ format is an innovative advanced software suite which integrates all aspects of Maritime ship Management, including ISM Code requirements pertinent to planning, operation, maintenance, performance monitoring, crewing, stock & inventory management, and reporting, all under one roof.
  • SeaMaster ISMS is a smart collection of advanced tools to manage a maritime asset (vessel and / or installation), in compliance with legal requirements and internationally recognized industry standards.
  • SeaMaster IMAMS is designed to provide advanced management tools improving maritime vessel’s efficiency and productivity for the benefit of owners, operators, crew, clients, and environment.
  • SeaMaster ISMS data synchronization makes it easy to transport all required data & information from the vessel to the management office located anywhere globally. The data and information include the vessel’s position, and relevant technical and operational data / information relevant to the ship condition and status.

Flexible Reporting System (FRS) is built within SeaMaster software that enables the operators to export required information from the system instantly, frequently and regularly to the asset manager’s station / computer. The updated data and information received by the asset managers not only provides accurate asset status, but also eliminates the necessity of manual reporting systems which are normally slow and arduous to keep updated.

  • The Ship Management System is based on reliable data flow between the Assets and Managers for safe operation of vessels.
  • SeaMaster Software Suite is Class certified and approved by DNV-GL Certificate NO. ICC10275TA01 (2017) and fully complies with DNV-GL Class Programme DNVGL-CP-0206 – Type Approval – Machinery Planned Maintenance System (MPMS) and DNV-GL Rules for Classification – Ships. The DNV-GL TA certificate is presently subject to renewal.
  • SeaMaster Software Suite has achieved Class certification and received the prestigious Class NK Certificate NO.23S002 (2023). This certification is a testament to SeaMaster’s commitment to excellence and adherence to industry-leading standards. SeaMaster fully complies with Class NK Programme B9.1.3-4, which provides guidance on Machinery Planned Maintenance System (MPMS), as well as Class NK Rules for Classification – Ships.
  • SeaMaster ISMS Software has a proven track record and fulfills all requirements of the maritime industry asset management system. It has been installed and used during the past six years on over forty ships.

Stock, Inventory & Requisition

  • Lists of stock and inventory of all consumable items & products kept on vessels at sea are maintained in databases sort-able based on categories and subcategories.
  • Updating stock & inventory databases would lead to better and more efficient consumables requisition processes and reduce waist.
  • Stock, inventory & requisition process can be regulated and automated, as required.
  • Integrating stock, inventory & requisition processes will improve financial management.

SeaMaster Future Development Plans

RigMaster Module

Plans are in progress to complete development of Integrated offshore installations Management Module (RigMaster), which will be similar in architecture, functionality, features and layout. RigMaster shall be released in a pilot project to test the software rigorously prior to release in the global market.

Financial Control / Accounting Module

Financial & Account Management module is in hand and the software development is planned for release in 2023.
