Yosra Hoveizavi is the Founder of SeaMaster, an enterprise ship management ERP platform recognized for its innovation and reliability. With over 18 years of experience in maritime operations, vessel ownership, and digital transformation, she has built a career grounded in real-world industry challenges.
After establishing her own shipping company and managing vessels firsthand, she translated operational complexity into practical digital solutions, leading to the development of SeaMaster, which achieved type approvals from DNV and ClassNK.
She has also contributed to global maritime initiatives as a former IMO Goodwill Maritime Ambassador and continues to advocate for seafarers’ welfare and women’s leadership in the industry.
